Oh my goodness where did the time go.........Well here is a recap of the past 2months and a preview of what is to come......
Ahonora:Where do we start. Enjoys going to the Monday toddler
class. Has painted and made crafts. Her surgery from Feb was postponed
til March. Went down and had some hiccups with the procedure and ended
up staying 4 days and 3 nights. But all is well, sleeps a whole lot
better and quieter now. The allergies and sinus problems are still a
problem but isn't for all of us this year. Her visit to endocrinologist the resulted in the decision of growth hormones starting in August. Potty
training is going well even with all the strange places. Had a well
child check and got 2 shots which she says they were "owie" Her love for
baby animals has been on full this past month as Nick rescued a pup
while at work and brought it home for her to announce that Gypsy was her
dog. Then our cat Cottonwood gave birth to 4 kittens on Easter night.
We have find Ahonora in the box with the kittens when Cottonwood leaves
them. She has enjoyed her 1st year in dance. She will be performing in
Show 2 of Tangled in June. Her thirst for where and why for has kept
both parents and grandma hopping as she explores her world full out.

accomplished everything a daisy can do. Was the flag bearer at the
awards ceremony...She held the troop flag during the opening. Her troop
worked on several projects one was help building a trail at our church.
She also finds time for dance and will be preforming in Show 1 of
Tangled in June. She is looking forward to Girl Scout camp and dance
camp this summer. She even get to "Graduate" in May from Kindergarten
with a cap and gown ceremony.
Fionna: Got over her pneumonia with out any complication She has
kept busy with scouts too, building the trails and selling cookies. Has
had a couple of trips to the audiologist to get her hearing aids
adjusted this last time was because she grew. Hearing is staying stable.
Her grades are doing great also. Her class did chapel and was in the
spring music program. She got a lead role in Show 1 of Tangled. She went
to the 2 Father/Daughter dances also. She has a full summer already
planned with Dance, Girl Scout, and Bible camp.
Dreigan: Has been quite busy also. With scouts, dance has lead role in Tangled Show 3 in June. Has done very well in school this year, but is looking forward to summer. He will be going to Dance, Boy Scout, and Bible camp this year. He has done several things this year with his scout troop. Went and spent a winter weekend up in Colorado at a cabin and learned to cross country ski. Went and helped train retriever dogs by chucking ducks. Help a fellow scout with his eagle project and helped with the flag ceremony at the presentation. He even found time to take the confirmation classes at our church and now can help with communion and lighting the candles.

Christi: Has finished her term as Service Unit Manager for the Girl Scouts. She continues with the troop she has for the girls. Has house sat for her grandfather and aunt while they took a needed vacation. She also has started her own "Pampered Chef" consultant business. She enjoys taking Ahonora to playgroups and being able to go on field trips with the others when needed. This spring has seen her inner farmer awaken and we have flowers, 2 raised garden beds with plants growing and 5 more beds to be built. She has started a new tradition of wearing new pj's to sunrise service on Easter.
Nick: Preformed Palm Sunday a very beautiful music program. Still enjoying praise band and the fun that goes with it. Has managed to make a couple of activities with the BUMM (Bloomfield United Methodist Men). They made breakfast for the congregation after sunrise service on Easter. He is working hard and is looking forward to family vacation time this summer.
Donna: Is staying quite busy with the food pantry and food program at the church. The numbers have gone up this past couple of months. Continues to do the Children's Moment during Sunday service. Spare time has been filled with doctor visits to get the preliminary testing done to start treatment. Has gotten the OK by the ophthalmologist. The cardiac stress test didn't go so well and the Cardiologist has ordered an nuclear stress test in May before giving his OK. Still has to be cleared by a Psychiatrist and Primary physician before starting. Meanwhile the fatigue and nausea is getting very old. Sleep is a hit or miss thing but is learning to rest when and where she can.
Hopefully we can catch our breath before summer activities begin.
