We have had doctors on the brain

Ahonora went to her four month well baby check. She weighed in at 11lbs 7 oz and 24 inches. Growth but not as much as we would have liked. In good news her cardiologist report came back normal along with renal sonogram. Woohoo

Naya was upset because we took her to the ENT last Wednesday only to have an insurance SNAFU and not be able to see the doctor. Good news we found an ENT in Farmington who takes both our insurances. SO glad we don't have to go to ABQ, as was originally feared. We still don't understand why we couldn't just pay the copay since the ENT took our private insurance but not the salud. Naya also says "grapes taste like sunshine sugar and rain".

Fionna can't hear us, it is not selective listening. We took Fi to the audiologist where it was found she has significant higher frequency hearing loss bordering on needed amplification. She still needs to see the ENT (see above entry)

Dreigan did not see any doctors this week. No instead we had to compile a complete list of D's medical history including names of doctors, facilities,dates, and reasons why. This was done for SSI. Well the grand total is 11 page summary, 15 hours of work on the computer, both computers, 27 doctors, four hospitals, and a couple really bad years, by the way this weeks marks the 10th anniversary of D's open heart surgery.

Christi is just dealing with all this doctor stuff.

Nick works

Donna has been really depressed. This week mark a few hard milestones for her.

The cats have been banned outside by Dr Cassidy. They staged coup and now are all camped inside. They even brought in reinforcements.

We had a wonderful family filled independence weekend.

It started on Weds with a BBQ at Cathy and Steve's with Lara and Caelyn. In fact the big girls spent the afternoon playing in the water. Dreigan was visiting with Aprell( his aunt). They had a ton of fun with Caelyn.

Thursday work and a mostly normal day we did get Drei back.

Friday back to Cathy and Steve's for the day, more time with Lara and Caelyn, plus Dick and Beverly. We did go to Gateway park to listen to music and watch the fireworks after dinner. Well at least Nick, Christi, Fionna, Naya, and Ahonora went to the park. What D is missing? Yes, back with Dex and his family again.

Saturday we spent most the day at home in the afternoon we went to rainbow, oh I mean Durarango, Naya calls it rainbow. She also informed us she did not want to go camping agian. You see Junction Creek is just outside Durango. In durango went went to the Bar-D to enjoy a wonderful meal and some great music, at least try. You see Nick and Chrisrti forgot thier phones and Dex was called in to work and had to bring D home early, so we didn't know until we got up there he was home and ther wasn't enough time to go back and get him. Soo sorry Dreigan.
