"does not exist in this Dojo" or "What you talking about Willis?"
Who ever coined that phrase never imagined the modern life style.
Ahonora continues to grow by leaps and bounds she now coos and razzes, squeals in delight, and can grab things she want to put in her mouth. She has also started cereal. Which is totally loves. Ahonora has also completed tow more night of camping the first in ABQ at the zoo, and the second at Junction Creek. She has also seen the pediatric cardiologist who says she has a perfectly normal heart. Yeah and praise God, Turner's syndrome can come with cardiac issues, but not our little girl.
Naya is ready for the big kids to go back to school. She wants to play with them and does not appreciate the frequent reminders that she is not as big as they are. Naya still wants a dog along with Brownie. Naya also was able to spend the night in the zoo, she also enjoyed seeing Disney's train on the making of Dickens's Christmas Carol. Naya has declared "I love the stage!" after she completed her first dance recital. Last this summer she has join Christi's class in taking a paper doll with her and taking pictures with it.
Fionna has a best friend. There is a little girl who lives down the street. The two girls are almost inseparable during waking hours and some nights. They are both lost when the other one is not around. Fionna did a wonderful job at her third dance recital. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Aubrey and Austin (Fionna's 2nd cousins) were also in the show with our girls. She also enjoyed going to her first all girl scout camp out at the zoo in ABQ. She also loved the badge work and hike that the cub scouts and girl scouts went on during our camping trip to Junction Creek.
Dreigan has a best friend. Fionna's best friend has a nephew who is D's age and lives with her. Needless to say the two boys are also inseparable. Dreigan even went to his first overnight at a non-family member's house. We are always so glad to reach such milestones. The little boy has taught D to ride his bike. They both enjoy video games and spend many hours jumping from house to house switching games, of course though riding their bikes the longest way possible, which means always using the allies.Dreigan completed two of the Cub Scout outdoor awards at the Junction Creek camp out and went to Cub Scout day camp again this year. There is still no date for his recital from the fine art program. The direct is slowly recovering.
Nick completed inventory at work and put together a gazebo which was Christi's and Donna's mother's day present, currently it is housing camping gear. He received for Father's Day an ice cream maker. Nick and Dreigan enjoyed a boys night when all the girls went to ABQ.
Christi in the last month took on taking all three girls camping on her own, sort of. She was the adult who took the girls to the overnight at the zoo. She continues to work. She has also made a commitment to get on her Wii fit board everyday. She also received a concussion this month from a golf ball hitting her in the forehead.
Donna has kept her sanity while everything else around her was insane. She enjoyed a night in ABQ with Becca while Christi and the girls were at the zoo. She enjoys her breaks when Nick and Christi take the kids away for their various adventures and has discovered that even the the loving name of Grandma can become worn when said 100 times a day. Christi has finally worn her down and she agreed to volunteer with the cub scout pack. Now whose next?
Cats are continuing to learn to except Brownie who is now weaned off the bottle. BB and Auroura are enjoying the warm weather and spend as much time as possible outside
