Not much happened the second half of this week.
On Friday Driegan had a game, the last regular scheduled game of the year. We have city tournament week of June 16th. His coach gave him a great complement. Mike said "I would rather play with Dreigan than many of the other kids on the team, for while he has half the skill of many of the other kids he has twice the heart. Dreigan never gives me problem about positions, batting order, or how much game is left. As for skill that can be over come that with practice, but heart just has to be there and it makes Dreigan a privilege to work with." What a great complement to give Dreigan. Grand-pa Jim and Aunt Susie also made the game thanks for coming along with Dextin and bunch of his family. Dreigan's fan club took up over half the stands.
On Saturday we spent the day in the park at the PMS company picnic. The kids had a ton of fun even if it could have been better organized.
Sunday we made it to our church for the first time in six months. We didn't have anywhere else to be and everyone was healthy. Thank God for small favors. We went to see a cub scout friend who is the music minster sing only to find he was having emergency gall bladder surgery later that day. We send Jon all our love and prayers to a fast recovery.
Monday Fionna has dress rehearsal for her recital. The kids can not wait for Ben, Lara and mostly Caelyn. We see them tonight. They are super excited.
